Information and Fees
You don’t need a referral from your doctor to receive physiotherapy treatments covered by ACC or private insurance. We are a registered health provider and have ACC forms available on-site for you to fill out. You can book an appointment with us directly. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us as we’re here to help.
ACC Claims
How does ACC work ?
If you have suffered an injury due to an accident, we can help you get an ACC claim form. All you need to do is provide us with details such as the time, place, and cause of the injury. Alternatively, if you already have an ACC claim number, which you might have obtained through your GP or hospital, we can use that claim number. Once your ACC claim is approved, you will only need to pay a surcharge for each physiotherapy visit, as the cost of treatments will be subsidized by ACC. Check out our list of ACC surcharges to know how much you would need to pay.

Private Consultations
If your medical condition is not caused by an accident, but rather due to gradual wear and tear, arthritis, or a congenital condition, then you will not be eligible for financial assistance from the Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC). In such cases, you will be charged a fee for a Private Consultation. Please refer to the ‘How much do I pay? section for a list of our Private Consultation fees.
